General Instructions:
- You must be registered for the BKA exam before requesting it.
- You may only take one exam at a time. Once you have completed an exam you may request the next exam on your Registration.
- Return this request form for EACH BKA exam. Make copies of this request form as needed for future exams.
- Each BKA exam is a 150 question multiple-choice exam with a 45 minute time limit.
- A minimum score of 70% is necessary to pass the exam.
- No notes, study guides, Bibles, or other materials may be used during the exam.
- A pencil with an eraser must be used. Incorrect answers must be erased, not marked out. A marked out answer will invalidate the question.
- DO NOT WRITE IN THE EXAM BOOK. THE STUDENT WILL BE CHARGED $25.00 FOR ANY EXAM BOOK RETURNED WITH WRITING IN IT.
- BKA EXAM BOOKS ARE NOT TO BE COPIED AND MUST BE RETURNED TO TRINITY.

Each Bible Knowledge Assessment is mailed to a proctor. Students may select any responsible adult to serve as proctor (i.e., clergy, educator, administrator, doctor, lawyer, businessperson, or public official) to whom they are not related by either blood or marriage. The exam must be completed and returned within 30 days of receipt.
